Tools overview
As a supplier of our tooling equipment, we divide tools into several categories. These are punching tools, material cutting tools, material forming tools and marking tools.
The maximum size of the punching tool is up to a diameter of 76.2 mm. The tools can be straight, angled, of various shapes, coated, specially guided for small holes in thick sheet metal. Dividing tools with a silicone wiper for safe passage between punches. We use a multitool for efficient replacement.
We distinguish between punching tools:

We can fit your products with these exact shapes in a wide range of dimensions. We can also ensure the production of an atypical tool shape for your product and fit your product with it.
Dividing tools
Separating tools are used to separate the workpiece from the sheet metal. For these purposes, we most often use the 76×5, 56×5 and 39×5 tools. These tools may have an integrated wiper for easier separation of the workpiece.
Shaping tools
Another very important category of tools are forming tools. This type of tool is used to create various special depressions, dimples, ventilation holes, reinforcing depressions, threads and much more.
Individual ribbing – parameters
Marking tools
Marking tools are used, for example, to emboss your logo into a part or to emboss a grounding symbol or other alphanumeric marking. Or punches for easier drilling.
