Bending tools
We bend using a wide range of tools. Our range is full of both standard and special tools. Many of them we develop and then manufacture ourselves.
Standard upper tools
We use standard upper tools for sheet metal thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 15 mm. Each tool has its own specifics and is designed for a different type of bending and a different type of material. Thanks to this, our range of bending is very wide.
Special upper tools
Where standard tools are not enough, special log holders for radius tools or exchange holders for very thin upper punches come into play. For tall boxes, we use adjustment adapters.
Lower tools
We use lower tools from the groove W4 to the groove W120, this allows us to bend very thin but also thick material thicknesses. We have both 30 and 84 degree angles. Different die heights are for different high bends, on the contrary, the thinned die is for the smallest possible „z“ distance.
