Bending as part of the manufacturing process
We have three top-of-the-line CNC bending machines from the Trumpf brand, and with their help we can hem, bend, shape with radius tools of various sizes, create „Z“ cuts and other bends.
Sheet metal bending
We perform bending of cut and fired parts using TRUMPF press brakes. We offer any angles according to requirements and a maximum bending length of up to 3 m with a bending force of 170 tons.
Tool palette
We bend using a wide range of tools. Our palette is full of both standard and special tools. Many of them we develop and then select ourselves.
Compliance of the manufactured part with the drawing documentation
Many of the parts we manufacture are very complicated to bend. However, we are still able to preserve them and adhere to the drawing documentation. However, bending technology has several limits. It is therefore advisable to know a little more about them.
