Sheet metal bending

Sheet metal bending

Guiding principle

Sheet metal bending is a technological operation in which the material is permanently deformed due to bending force. Bending is performed using press brakes, which are suitable for bending both small and large parts, from one to multiple bends within one part.

Basic types of bends

The most common bends we perform include perpendicular, sharp or blunt bends with a minimum radius or all of the aforementioned types with a larger radius. We also perform zet bends, folding or segment bends.

Processable thickness according to material type:
Carbon steel 0,5 – 12 mm
Stainless steel 0,5 – 10 mm
Aluminum alloys 0,5 – 10 mm
Copper alloys, brass 0,5 – 5 mm
Plastic by arrangement

We bend the material thicknesses defined in the table as standard, other thicknesses are processed by prior arrangement.
