We perform drilling on bench drills from diameter 1,2 mm to diameter 40,0 mm and then ream the hole. If necessary, for example due to stricter tolerances on the drawing documentation, we are also able to ream the hole. We have three drills in our machine portfolio, two of which are bench drills and one is a stand drill.
„ When drilling, the cutting speed is highest at the tool periphery, which decreases towards the axis to zero. The size of the transverse cutting edge is determined by the diameter of the drill core. The longer the length of the transverse cutting edge, the greater the force we have to exert in the tool axis. Therefore, holes of larger diameters are usually pre-drilled with a drill of a smaller diameter and then drilled to the desired diameter. “
We perform metric, armor, pipe and other types of threads. We will cut materials for you – stainless steel, steel, non-ferrous and light metals. If you send us production in DXF or DWG files, please use these hole dimensions, see the table below. Of course, we own all these taps.
