Profile cutting and bending
We cut profiles on a machine band saw with a span of 240 mm. And with the possibility of variation. Bending of sheets with a maximum width of 1250 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm.
Machining
We perform profile cutting, bending, threading, countersinking, pressing of connecting elements, riveting, capacitor welding, grinding and sealing. We also offer assembly and completion services.
Drilling, tapping and countersinking
We perform drilling on bench drills from a diameter of 1.2 mm. We also perform metric, armored, tubular, and other types of threads. We perform countersinking both conically and cylindrically.
Pressing and riveting
We press fasteners – nuts and posts – using hydraulic presses. We perform riveting for nuts and blind rivets using pneumatic rivet guns.
Assembly and completion
We also provide assembly and completion services. We are able to assemble manufactured parts into larger manufactured units.
